The Birdie Bar suits most small to medium parrots, including budgies, cockatiels, conures, quakers, ringnecks and caiques. Larger parrots can also use it, but it is best paired with chewable items so they focus their beak pressure on the filling, not the toy itself.

Yes, but use common sense. The stainless steel rod and acrylic parts are built for repeated use, but no bird toy is indestructible. For cockatoos, macaws and other power beaks, add chewable pieces, wood or tough food items so they have something appropriate to attack. Tiny wrecking crew energy needs direction.

Hand wash with mild dish soap and warm water. Avoid dishwashers, high heat and harsh chemicals, as they can damage the acrylic parts. Let it dry fully before refilling.
