Shipping policy

For Orders Within Australia:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $11.99 applies to orders up to 7.6kg.
  • Orders Over 7.6kg: Flat rate shipping of $16 applies for orders between 7.7kg and 20kg.
  • Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over $240.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: Generally arrives in 2-8 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Arrives in 1-3 business days, available at an additional cost.

For International Orders:

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on your location at checkout.
  • Delivery Times: Vary depending on region and customs, generally estimated between 9-20 business days.

What Happens After You Place an Order?

You’ve made an order, the sun is shining, and an angelic choir is singing in the background knowing your Seed Cube product is on its way, now what?

  1. Processing:

    Once your order is placed, our team sends it to the warehouse to carefully collect and package your items with care. Please allow up to 2 business days for picking and packing.

  2. Pre-Order Items:

    If your order includes pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

  3. Multiple Parcels:

    If your order is too large for one parcel, you may receive multiple packages from our various fulfilment locations across Australia. Rest assured, they will all be sent at the same time.

  4. Shipping Confirmation:

    Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its journey.

  5. Delivery:
    • Orders are sent via Australia Post and generally arrive within 2-8 business days for domestic deliveries.
    • Some parcels may require a signature on delivery. If nobody is home, Australia Post may leave the parcel in a safe place or redirect it to your nearest post office.

Important Notes:

  • Missing or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of Australia Post.
  • Shipping Timeframes: All shipping estimates are from the dispatch date, not the order date. Pre-order items will ship based on the dispatch date listed next to the product name.

International Customers:

  1. Import Duties and Taxes:

    You may be responsible for paying import taxes, duties, and fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not always included in the shipping price.

  2. Legal Compliance:

    Please ensure our products comply with your country’s import standards, specifications, and labelling requirements.

  3. Customs Delays:

    Transit times reflect the period from when your item leaves our warehouse to when it reaches your Customs office. We cannot control delays caused by customs processing.
