Seed Cube is an enclosed bird feeder designed to keep seed, pellets, chop, treats, and foraging mix inside the feeder instead of scattered through the cage and across your floor. Your bird climbs in, eats naturally, and most of the mess stays contained.

Most small birds like budgies, cockatiels, lovebirds, lorikeets, rosellas, and similar-sized birds suit the Small Seed Cube. Medium to large birds like conures, ringnecks, eclectus, galahs, corellas, cockatoos, amazons, and African greys usually suit the Large Seed Cube. Seed Cube can be mounted inside or outside most suitable cages and aviaries. It comes with mounting hooks, including our Talon-Hooks for a more secure fit. The key things to check are your bar spacing, available mounting area, and whether your bird can comfortably enter the opening.

Yes. Seed Cube is made from thick UV-stabilised cast acrylic with stainless steel hardware. It is designed for real parrots, not soft little display birds. Like any feeder, it should be checked regularly and removed if your bird tries to destroy it rather than use it for feeding.

It greatly reduces mess, but it will not make feeding completely spotless. Birds are birds. Seed Cube helps contain the food flicking, husks, crumbs, and waste that normally ends up outside the cage. Most customers buy it because they are sick of sweeping every day.

Attach the hooks to the top or back of the Seed Cube, hang it securely, then fill it with your bird’s food. To clean, remove the feeder, empty the contents, and wash with warm soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing.

Because it is not a cheap feeder. Seed Cube uses thick acrylic, stainless steel parts, secure mounting hardware, and a design made to reduce mess while still giving birds room to feed properly. Cheaper feeders usually use thinner plastic, weaker clips, and do not last as well around strong beaks.
