Description:
Vetafarm Nutriblend Mini Pellets are a nutritionally complete food developed specifically for small companion birds. This colourful, fruit-flavoured pellet is designed to entice fussy eaters while providing everything they need for optimum health and longevity.
Each pellet contains essential nutrients to support feather condition, immune strength, brain function and weight maintenance. The mini size makes it perfect for birds like cockatiels, bourke parrots, plum-heads, and other small parrot species.
Extrusion cooked for digestibility, safety and reduced waste, Nutriblend Mini can be fed as your bird’s primary food source with no additional supplements required.
Feeding guide:
Feed as 80 percent of your bird’s total diet. The remaining 20 percent should include:
- 15% fresh fruits and vegetables
- 5% seeds or treat items
Daily pellet recommendations:
- 50g Bourke Parrot: 5g pellets per day
- 60g Plum-headed Parakeet: 6g pellets per day
- 100g Cockatiel: 10g pellets per day
These figures are a guide only. Actual requirements may vary based on species, activity and condition. Always provide clean water.
