Nothing in our policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

For change-of-mind returns, our standard remedy is store credit where the item is unused, in original condition, and has not been exposed to a bird environment.

Where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy, those rights apply.
