If something is damaged or incorrect, include photos or a short video so we can resolve it faster.

If the order has not shipped, we will try to update it.

If your item is on pre-order, tracking is sent when the item ships.

If tracking has not updated for several business days, email us with your order number and tracking number and we will help escalate with the carrier.

Seed Cube is an enclosed bird feeder designed to keep food inside the feeder, not all over the cage.
Birds feed inside the cube, which helps reduce mess and waste.

It can be mounted inside or outside the cage.

Tip out old food and wipe for quick cleans.
For a deeper clean, rinse with warm water and mild dish soap.

Seeds, pellets, dried botanicals, and small amounts of fresh food all work.
Fresh food requires more frequent cleaning.

We use 304 grade stainless steel, commonly used in food and household applications.

It can technically hold water, but it is designed for food only.
Use a dedicated water container for drinking and bathing.

As with any cage item, supervision and correct sizing matter.
Australia:
- Flat rate $9.95 on orders up to 7.7 kg
- Flat rate $16 on orders from 7.7 kg up to 20 kg
International:
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Rates are shown before payment

During peak periods, such as sales, dispatch may take slightly longer.
If your order contains a pre-order item, dispatch timing is shown on the product page and the full order ships once all items are available.
Yes, we ship to most countries supported by our carriers.
If checkout does not accept your address, email hello@seedcube.com.au and we will confirm options.
Australia:
- No import fees. Orders ship domestically.
United States:
- Import taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost at checkout.
All other countries:
- Any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping prices.
Yes.
Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to policy conditions.
Items must be unused, uncontaminated, and in original packaging.
Some items are excluded for hygiene and safety reasons.

Yes.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or covered under an applicable warranty claim within Australia.
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
