Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.


🔁 Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

How Billing Works

  • Your payment details are stored securely
  • You'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term

Managing Your Subscription

You can cancel or change your subscription at any time:

  • Open any order confirmation email from us
  • Click the link to your order
  • Manage your subscription directly from there

📦 Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or soon to be available.

How Pre-order Payment Works

  • We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout
  • Your payment method is stored securely
  • The full or remaining balance is charged when your order is fulfilled

Cancellations & Refunds

  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled
  • Once fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled
  • You may request a full or partial refund in line with our Returns Policy
