Can I add Care+ after my order is placed?
No, Care+ must be added at the same time as your Seed Cube purchase. It cannot be added retrospectively.
Does one Care+ cover multiple cubes in the same order?
No. One Care+ covers one Seed Cube. If you order three cubes and want all of them covered, add three Care+ options to your order.
When does Care+ coverage start?
Care+ begins from month 13, right after your standard 12-month manufacturer warranty ends. Total coverage is 2 years from purchase.
What if my Seed Cube breaks from a drop or my bird chews it?
Care+ only covers manufacturing faults under normal use. Drops, impact, bird damage, chewing, modifications, misuse, and wear and tear are not covered.
Can I get a refund through Care+?
No. Approved claims are replaced, not refunded. Care+ itself is also non-refundable once your order is completed.
