Step 1
Place a grow mat into the pod and add water until evenly moist, not flooded

Step 2
Sprinkle seeds evenly across the surface

Step 3
Cover with lid and leave in a warm spot for 2 to 3 days to germinate

Step 4
Remove lid and place in indirect light

Step 5
Check daily and keep the mat lightly moist, avoid overwatering

Step 6
Harvest in 8 to 12 days when greens are 5 to 10 cm tall

Cut above the mat, rinse, and serve fresh
