Shipping Protection Policy
By selecting Shipping Protection, customers are covered in the event of loss, damage, or mishandling during transit. If an item arrives damaged, we will initiate a damage claim with the respective shipping carrier.
Customers are required to:
- Provide any necessary photos or documentation requested by the carrier to support the claim.
- Retain the damaged item and packaging until the case is fully resolved.
- Cooperate with any additional requirements from the carrier during the investigation.
If the product is out of stock at the time of claim resolution, customers acknowledge that this is beyond our control. A replacement will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available.
Priority Dispatch Policy
Customers who select Priority Dispatch will have their order prioritized over standard orders. This ensures their package is dispatched as soon as possible, skipping the regular queue.
This service is particularly beneficial during peak periods when standard processing times may be extended due to high order volume. While Priority Dispatch speeds up processing, it does not influence the carrier's transit time once the package has been shipped.
