Seat honeycomb grills into tray; position grow mats on grills (holds 2 mats simultaneously)
Sow seeds evenly across mats; cover lightly with lid
Mist daily; keep mats moist but not waterlogged
Remove lid when seedlings sprout and touch it
Harvest after 8-12 days; cut above grills with scissors or Micro Snips
Rinse, finely chop and mix into chop
Offer a pinch to 1 tsp for small birds, 1-2 Tbsp for medium birds, 2-4 Tbsp for large parrots

What's the difference between Mini Starter and Starter Kit?
Mini holds 1 mat at a time and comes with 2 mats. Starter holds 2 mats simultaneously and comes with 6 mats (3 full cycles). Choose Mini for occasional use; choose Starter for more regular harvests.

Does it come with seeds?
Yes. Six mats included (3x Mizuna, 3x Red Cabbage). Start growing immediately.

Can I grow 2 different varieties at once?
Yes. Seat one Mizuna mat and one Red Cabbage mat on the two grills simultaneously. Harvest both together after 8-12 days.
